3. Payment & Satisfaction Guarantee

  • All payments must be made according to the agreed terms.

  • Due to the nature of digital services, we do not offer refunds.

  • We provide a 100% satisfaction guarantee, meaning we will continue refining and perfecting the work until you are completely satisfied. (Read more here)

  • Custom development projects may require a non-refundable deposit.

  • International transactions may be subject to additional banking and exchange rate fees.

4. Intellectual Property

  • SwiftDesign LLC retains ownership of the work only until the agreed amount is paid in full. Upon full payment, ownership transfers to the client unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.

  • We reserve the right to showcase completed work on our website and portfolio unless an alternative agreement is made.

  • Clients receive a license to use the delivered work as specified in their contract.

  • Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification of our work is strictly prohibited.

5. Limitation of Liability

  • SwiftDesign LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.

  • Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the services rendered.

  • While we strive for optimal performance, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free services.

6. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services under the following circumstances:

  • Breach of contract.

  • Fraudulent or unlawful activity.

  • Violation of intellectual property rights.

  • Misuse of our services.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. If you are located outside the U.S., you agree that U.S. laws apply to your use of our services unless otherwise specified in a written agreement.
